Enda problemet är om du checkar in sent det finns ingen säker parkering och du måste hitta parkering på gatan.

Unfortunately, we do have limited carparking spaces at the hotel which are subject to availability. Our Front Office team during check-in are to give alternative options for secure parking within close proximity to the hotel when our hotel carpark is at capacity. I will speak with the team to ensure this is communicated to our guests.

En perfekt vistelse
Lägenheten själv var rymlig, trevligt inredda och hade allt man skulle vilja ha för en längre vistelse. Köket och badrum ware väl utrustade. Utsikten var också fantastisk.
Alla anställda är super trevlig och uppmärksam. Jag rekommenderar starkt.

The location of the hotel is great, whilst we are not in the center of the CBD, a quick 5-minute trip on the free bus service is great and allows the property to have the amazing views over the swan river.

Please do accept my sincere apologies for the shortfall in service you received. I will raise with our Food and Beverage Operations Manager your feedback in relation to the service you received in the bar. This is not our typical level of service, and I will have this addressed.
Unfortunately, we do have limited secure car parking available at the hotel which is subject to availability. Our Front Office team upon check-in should be advising guests of other secure car parking locations within walking distance of the hotel. I will address this with the team to ensure all information is communicated to our guests on check-in.
