Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. A 1.85% credit card surcharge for credit cards is applicable for all credit card transactions. We require a credit card pre-authorization or a prepayment of the full accommodations amount plus AU$145 per night for incidentals, for a guest to be able to check in to the hotel. Please note that Rollaway beds over NYE will be charged at $400 per night and $700 for Horizon Club Rooms and all Suites. Operating hours for Altitude Restaurant and Blu Bar on Level 36 may vary during the Festive Season and on Public Holidays. Please note that the Horizon club lounge is closed from 16 to 17 December 2024.
