Go at your own risk
I went to travel with my girlfriend and the experience, for us, was pretty bad. So bad we got into a trial and we just got the sentence. A short excerpt from what the judgment founded:
"In case, it turns out that the requested party [the hotel] made an offer and advertisement that would have daily cleaning service, 24-hour room service, hairdryer, iron, safe and
bath towels (seq. 1.7), however, did not provide these services with the expected quality. In addition, the problems with the bed that was spinning and the lack of energy make the provision of services inappropriate, as they did not prove to be minimally suitable for the purposes reasonably expected of them, i.e. overnight stays in a clean room, comfortable minimizing bed and electricity in the room." (0006147-89.2024.8.16.0160)
The main points we identified as negative were:
- The bed was broken and they couldn't fix it.
- When trying to fix the bed, they dirty (very) the whole floor of the room and left it dirty.
- We stayed two nights without electricity (the room had no windows that opened and it was very hot), and on Monday, we paid for another hotel.
- They didn't clean our room or change the towels. When we went to the reception, they gave us a robin and a cloth to clean the room.
The location is ±. If you want to visit the beaches around Salvador, I suggest picking up something more north. If you want to visit the historic center, I suggest something more south.

Bad service, bad maintenance only hotel
The law governing the relations between consumers and hosts is the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), which provides that...
Right to adequate accommodation: The guest is entitled to receive accommodation that corresponds to what was booked. If the hotel is unable to provide the room type or amenities promised, the guest may be relocated to an equivalent or higher accommodation at no additional cost.
Since there is nothing superior in the hotel, everything without quality.
The boy was of course staying in another hotel, and showed the difference in everything there.
I hope they make the refund at least.

I do not recommend
The facilities are not very good for a 3-star hotel.
Stained sheets. Pretty roofed towels. The bathroom light can't see anything. Better not to have.
Windows do not block to hold the air conditioning.
Not recommended for long stays for those looking for a little more comfort.
