Affärsresa till São Leopoldo

Jag förväntat mig lite mer från detta hotell baserat på de foton som presenteras. Rummet jag fick är ganska små, något liknande 18 m 2 . Ett kassaskåp på rummet var brooken. Frukosten var bra serveras i en behandladt rum.

Frustrating experience and disappointing service

I can't make any compliments to this hotel, because something deeply disappointed me. I couldn’t heat up a simple water to prepare the chimarron, neither at the reception nor in the kitchen. I was denied some hot water, something that never happened before anywhere I stayed, including other hotels in St. Leopold. It was an unprecedented and extremely negative experience. I also noticed that other guests also requested hot water and could not. In addition, the receptionist was antipathetic and showed a total lack of willingness to help. This was my first and last time at this hotel and anywhere else on the network. I'm not going back. It happened on the morning of December 8.

The property was good, not great. Only one member on staff spoke English. The breakfast was not what Americans are used to but since everyone else staying there was Brazilian, I guess it made sense.

The hotel closes its bar on top floor, so if you don't want to order room service, there is only a small cafe at ground floor you can have the food.
The floor of my room was not as clean as I assumed. Maybe they forgot to mop the floor? One black hair was found on the fresh towel provided.
The room is spacious, and the breakfast has a good variety of food served.

Being from the US, I can't see myself staying at a hotel that does not accommodate the US voltage on appliances. We won't be staying here again.
