Oprofessionell och långsam service
lakan i ett rum var smutsig? ? ! ! Vi stannade två nätter på detta hotell och vi gick inte någonstans ut. Vi tillbringade så mycket pengar där och de försökte ta ännu mer pengar från oss genom att vara luriga och oförskämda.

We extend our apology for the inconvenience experienced by your group. We appreciate your review as it is through valuable feedback such as yours, which enables us to constantly monitor and improve our service.
We regret the fact that we had to request a damage fee from one of your guests for the dirty linens as we have exhausted all necessary efforts to remove the stains but was unsuccessful. I'm afraid that we are left with no other option but to charge a fee to cover the hotel expense on the damaged item. Rest assured that the amount extended to the guest was given in a very reasonable price and that we we clearly explained our hotel regulations to the group coordinator and that it has been acknowledged based on the signed group registration form.

Engagera dig aldrig
Jag blev besviken, eftersom jag bad om flygplatstransporter eftersom de bekräftade via e-post att min bokning inkluderade kompletterande flygtransfer tur och retur men när vi kom fram finns det ingen runt. Jag såg företagets skåpbil så jag närmade sig föraren och berättade för honom i en speciell resa (inte att veta att han hämtade Air Crew) som också stannade på hotellet.
Så om du inte VIP är det mindre viktigt för dem. Han satte oss i en av de billigaste skåpbilarna han kan få, illaluktande och väldigt het. Det händer för snabbt så har inte chansen att vägra.
Jag har rest 17 länder runt om i Europa och Asien och hotade aldrig så långt ifrån mitt eget land - stanna aldrig med dem igen.
