We understand that the hotel's access, requiring guests to park some distance from the entrance, may not have been convenient, especially in bad weather. We appreciate your feedback regarding the hotel layout and will continue to explore ways to make the arrival process smoother and more comfortable for our guests.
We are also sorry that the room did not meet your expectations in terms of comfort and the view. We take great care to ensure our spaces are well-maintained, and we will follow up with our team to address the issues you mentioned, including the musty smell and the condition of the facilities.

We regret that the restaurant was closed during your stay. However, we are glad to hear that you found an alternative at Brasserie Château that you enjoyed. As for the château gardens, they are currently undergoing restoration, and we hope they will soon offer a more pleasant setting.

Bra stopphotell
Hotellet och rummet var i allmänhet lite föråldrade och skulle behöva moderniseras. Utsidan av hotellet var lite illa. Parkering bra och säker.
Vår lilla hund var välkommen och vi njöt av en promenad runt staden och särskilt slottet.
Våra rum var rimliga och vi sov gott. Det var en bonus med kaffe- och tefaciliteter på rummet.
Vi åt inte i restaurangen eftersom vi kom ganska sent men önskade att vi hade det!
Frukosten var en bufféaffär och valet var varierat. Te var särskilt bra eftersom det var riktigt lövte med ett urval och en tekanna!
