Guests must clean their own kitchen area before check-out. For any group reservation (more than 3 rooms in the same reservation), our conditions change. Note that free cancelation is only possible up to 21 days in advance. After this period, the entire stay will be due. A request for a deposit of 30% of the stay will be requested. Please note there is a bike storage and bikes cannot be kept in your room.
