Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The hotel is unable to guarantee rooms available before 14:00. If guests wish to check in before this time, please contact the hotel before arrival. For a late check-out, please advise before 09:00 on the day of departure. These are both subject to availability. The latest check out time available is 14:00 throughout Monday to Saturday and 16:00 Sundays and bank holidays; this will incur an additional charge payable directly with reception. The lead guest must be 18 years or older. Guests aged 17 years or younger must be accompanied by a guardian. If you have any specific requests, please contact the property by phone or email prior to arrival. To receive free parking at the hotel, all vehicles need to be registered on arrival at reception. If you wish to book and pay for a room on behalf of another guest, please contact the hotel prior to arrival by phone or email, in order to arrange the payment. We are unable to process payments without being discussed prior to arrival as we use a 3rd party provider to process these payments. Guests that does not check-in till 19:00, please note that a pre autorisation for the 1st night will be made on the guarantee card. Animal charge of £15.00 will apply per animal per night
