This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform Kibilù - Via Washington of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Early check-ins are allowed (before 3pm) if the calendar is available - the additional cost to be paid is € 15 (modalities will be communicated). All check-ins are managed automatically through the Vikey app. In case of appointments on site for the delivery of the keys, the payment of Euro 25 will be required, to be paid to the person in charge for arrivals up to 20pm; all arrivals after 20pm are subject to a surcharge, which is € 20 until 11pm and € 40 after 11pm.
