Would not stay there again
My room was a hole, we were two adults and two children, having paid for 4 I expected the big room, the one of the photos uploaded on the site, so to speak, and instead it was a hole (see photos). In addition, the shower, semi-new, leaked water with each shower flooding the bathroom. The room was cleaned every day but never cleaned the floor (not even a shallow sweep). That is why you read many reviews in which complains about the presence of ants in the room. Not to mention the dust (look at pictures of the back of the bed) and the air conditioner with mold and practically clogged filters that I personally cleaned as soon as I arrived.
Security
The playground is nice but not safe as the ground is bumpy and is full of stones and truncated plants flush with the ground where it is easy to stumble especially in the evening, as it is poorly lit. The wooden fence that divides the play area from the ravine overlooking the sea is derisory and not stable. A small child could in an instant cross it and end badly like the same descent that leads to the sea.
Walking routes
In the description it speaks of 50 meters above sea level and is actually located high with relative views but to go to the sea on foot you have to face not only a steep dangerous descent that only an Expert climber can face, but also the completely uneven terrain (see photo). Afterwards, after the descent, you are obliged to cross the tracks and make about 200 meters of free beach to get to the affiliated beach. Impassable with children.
I read about the shuttle...
the only positive note is Gigi (very nice) while the other two drivers were nicknamed Schumacher and the alcoholic. The first one understands why while for the second one practically every trip was made a glass of wine and then accompanied up and down children and families Guiding a minibus on steep and narrow roads.
My final point.
The shuttle practically passes inside the village and then descends down to the sea towards the affiliated beach (it does not travel roads inside the village as I thought).
Eat and drink
The food is average, the service good and the staff very friendly but there are too few timeslots for lunch and dinner.
For lunch from 12:30 to 13:00 and for dinner from 19:45 to 20:00.
In addition to this problem, the water offered at unlimited meals is self-service, that is, it must be filled independently at the only distributor present, inevitably running into queues.
Moreover, the restaurant is not air-conditioned so, especially at lunch, you find yourself eating in a sweltering heat depending on where your table is.
Important details
The beach has reserved the hotel only the penultimate and last row so the wording "umbrella subject to availability" is completely wrong, you will happen last or at most penultimate row.
Lido shower only for a fee both hot and cold.
Maintenance of the green is completely absent.
Throughout the period of my stay, you were forced to live with the presence of wasps everywhere (village, beach and restaurant).

Little, just in the evening, with music and dancing and variety.

Very varied from morning to night with a very, very good and capable person at the head of the animators.

Not good, unsuitable. I wouldn't call it that.
Return
With a few tweaks on some things, I would stay there again.
