Best Place to Stay in Digby

I loved staying here! The room was delightfully appointed, historic and cozy. You can't beat the location, what an epic view of the ocean! The front veranda was a bit chilly since I visited in winter, but would be a most delightful spot to enjoy a sunrise coffee in warmer seasons.
I appreciated the friendly innkeeper who puts a lot of care and attention into the property, and to ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. She offers a coffee and a selection of cereal, fruit, yogurt and baked goods along with hot homemade breakfast in the morning. Wow!
Thank you Angela, I would definitely stay here again and recommend others do the same.

Genuine Atlantic Hospitality and Character

If bland, anonymous, big chain hotels/motels with indifferent staff are your thing, then stay away from the Bayside Inn. But if you're looking for a unique place with lots of character and charm, and a host(ess) who is the real deal in Atlantic hospitality, then try this place.
Each room is different yet they're all comfortable, the ocean views are good for the soul, and the hot breakfast will restore your faith in humanity. Great location, too, with restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Ample parking right across the street.
This place has been around since before your grandparents were born, and there's a reason for that.

Great experience each and every time!

The Bayside Inn is our go to accommodation on our trips to the South Shore. The Inn is lovely, the owner is always friendly and helpful; the location of the Inn is central; the rooms are all clean, well furnished and very comfortable and the breakfasts are hot, free and delicious. Our family and friends also have stayed at the Inn on their travels to Digby.

Great B & B in Digby, the view is worth a visit

Beautiful B & B with a gorgeous view of the water. Quirky, good-sized rooms and the bed was very comfy. There is a kitchen for guests with a fridge. A different hot breakfast was served each morning. The host was very helpful with recommendations and a map of Nova Scotia. Highly recommended.

It is a lovely older structure that is very well maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful. I would return in a heartbeat.
