You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of MXN 8000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. We are pet friendly! However, we charge a cleaning fee during your fur baby's stay. All animals are the responsibility of their owners as we are not responsible for the well being of animals on our premises. Animals are not to be left unattended in our rooms for any reason. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the entire stay is charged and is non refundable.
