Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of SGD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guest must inform property the total number of occupants including children and children’s age prior to arrival under Special Requests. Reservations will be rejected should the number of occupants arriving at the property not tally with the reservation form. All stays at this property are subject to Treetops Terms and Conditions of Stay. Guests will receive a copy at check-in. Please inform the property of your check-in time and flight details at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The payable total price may be increased by 1% due to the GST increase in 2024. Payment has to be made before arrival via online payment link. The property will contact you to provide instructions. Reservation will be canceled if payment is not received by the stipulated date.
