We deeply apologise for the experience you had during your stay. Finding a dirty diaper outside the window is completely unacceptable, and we will address this immediately with our housekeeping team to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
We are also sorry to hear that our staff was unable to effectively communicate with you. We understand the importance of offering support to all our guests, regardless of language barriers, and we are actively working on improving our staff’s ability to assist non-English speakers.

Fab location
We had no iron in our room, so called and one was brought up within 5 mins.
The lounge bar is very lovely. We had dinner at the hotel which was very reasonable, although breakfast is on the pricier side.
Room was clean, bath and shower were great.
Lovely location opposite the sea. Bed was a good size and very very comfortable.
Would highly reccomend.

Tranquil
The food and service was first class. The staff were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much. I would give the staff 5☆ . The room was spotless as was bathroom. We also had an afternoon tea which was exceptionally superb
