trevlig
Hotellet var okej. Rummet påminde dig om en sovsal, höga väggar men inte mycket utrymme. Badrummet var en bra storlek, men duschen var super hal. Det bästa med hotellet var läget. Det var mycket lätt att gå till många av platserna eller fånga kollektivtrafik. Vi hittade flera ställen att äta mycket nära.

nollplan B vid emissioner
Bad om rabatterat i går kväll på grund av bristen på vatten och det nekades också.
Dusch område luktar avlopp, inget alternativt rum föreslås.
Annat än att rummet var rent men litet och absolut noll bekvämligheter såsom vattenkokare, te etc. . .

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the water outage and the associated challenges.
The water was out throughout the city, this was not our fault. Therefore, unfortunately, no alternative solution could be found as the main line in Berlin was destroyed. The water started running again at 11:30 pm.
Bottled water and kettles for rent were available free of charge at reception at all times.
We take your feedback regarding the lack of water and the odor problem in the shower very seriously and will do our best to avoid such incidents in the future.
We hope to have another opportunity to show you that we can do better.

We understand that there might be a communication problem. Please be assured that the health of our guests is very important to us. Due to a small contamination in one room, we are required by the authorities to inform our guests. Of course, appropriate measures have already been taken. There was and is no danger at any time. Perfekt läge, Härligt hotell
Vänliga receptionister och ett modernt, rent rum. Mycket tyst på natten och sängen var mycket bekväma.
Kan inte kommentera frukost, eftersom vi inte hade frukost på hotellet. Sammantaget en stor upplevelse och ett hotell jag skulle rekommendera till andra som går till Berlin.
