Bara en dag men det var fantastiskt!
Frukosten hade också ett brett utbud av urval så jag hade inga problem att vara en icke - köttätare där!

Damen i receptionen behöver Client Relations Workshop
En kvinna i receptionen anklagade oss för att ha fått dokument som aldrig skickades. 0 ansvarsskyldighet, bara sätta på klienten. Värre än en aldrig - fel mormor!
Vi tar våra pengar någon annanstans.

As far as we remember, it was not about documents or information emails at first, but about our attempt to exchange your day tickets for the thermal baths for the cheaper 6-hour tickets when you checked in. Our actual intention was to save you money, as you wanted to return to the hotel in the afternoon.
But our question was probably worded so poorly that your answers made further communication impossible und nur noch auf die Rezeptions-Schließzeit und unsere Infomail hingewiesen wurde.

Rent, rymligt rum. Bekväm madrass och kuddar.
Inte värt pengarna som betalas. Väldigt dyr.
Begränsat urval av frukost. Lång väntan på incheckning. Begränsade öppettider i receptionen.
