This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property has no elevator. Please note that a supporting membership fee (education/climate protection) of 3 EUR per person per day must be paid directly at the property. Please note that check-in is only possible between 16:00 and 19:00, and it is not possible to check in outside these times under any circumstances. Please note that until further notice, there will be no breakfast buffet at weekends. Breakfast at weekends will be for takeaway. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that the hotel is located on a school site and is therefore rather unsuitable for craftsmen and fitters.
