Excellent all around!

Easy to book on app. Easy to check in on app. Love having full kitchen. Love having a separate bedroom. Gentleman at check in very friendly. Easy access off highway. Excellent fitness center to do a CrossFit workout. Rooms clean. Hotel quiet even though very busy.

Beware of your valuables in your room! Dirty Kitchen

I stay in hotels 10+ days a month and I have never had anything go missing. I was staying for 11 nights and in the middle of the trip a couple of items went missing from my room. The staff was nice and helpful but were unable to locate them. The GM is a different story. She was very defensive and tried to turn it back on me saying how I was making serious allegations. I told her that this was my Diamond milestone stay and I never had anything like this happen in all my travels. She was very dismissive and said "oh you are just a 'member'". I don't flaunt status but wanted her to know that I travel often so I am not making this up, but that was insulting being all the business I have for them. I had future stays on the books at this location that are now canceled and back to Marriot.
Now lets talk about the kitchen. Silverware was nasty. Asked for replacements and it came with food chucks on it. Housekeeping also didn't show up when they were supposed to, but when they did - items went missing.
The housekeeping manager Bridget was really nice and tried to find my items. Genene was great as well with food service.

Homewood Not Home

We have stated at this hotel numerous times and was very pleased… NO MORE stays here in the future.
First stay in Feb— clerk was not certain room had been cleaned. He checked prior to giving us the key. Although he said it was cleaned, there were NO silverware or dishes. Upon checking the dishwasher … all the silverware and dishes were there DIRTY! Pulls on drawers were sticky and dropped food in the refrig. Beds were made, however, they had a human odor. Too tired to complain. We did have clean towels. Thinking this may have been a one time incident… we decided to keep our reservations for our return trip. MISTAKE! All was clean BUT… no towels. I called front deck and was told I could come down to get the towels we needed. No apology, nothing.
Both times the breakfast was very good… I suggest you book at this specific Homewood Suites with skepticism!

Our room had a noisy refrigerator that made sleeping difficult. If not for that, it would have been a great stop.
