Fine hotel, don’t rely on the customer service

The hotel is fine, no complaints about the room but the customer service was unacceptable. We arrived at 1am after a long flight and discussed our 8am flight the next morning and the shuttle schedule at length with the front desk and put our names down for the 6:30am airport shuttle. We arrive to the lobby st 6:25am only to be told nonchalantly that there were no names down for the 6:30am shuttle and we should just wait for the next one at 7am. Unacceptable service from a hotel airport which advertises the shuttle as a selling point.

It was amazing stay. Eating places was within walking distance and the hotel looked like it just opened its well kept

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. Everything was clean & welcoming. The room had fresh vibrant white linen & towels. The fixtures were very clean. The carpet was clean. No foul orders! This hotel was an ideal home away from home.

This hotel was AMAZING! Very clean, nice spacious room, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was amazing, and the fact that it’s close to the airport with free shuttle service was the icing on the cake. It’s also located right near a lot of quick bite restaurants Popeyes, Chick-fil-A, Panera, Starbucks, ect. Will be staying here when I come back!
