could hear alot of activity from people on the street, may want to install thicker windows.
Cap City restaurant is great and the gym has nice equipment.

Great Location
All that said, we won't be staying here again. The parking situation is suboptimal at best. It is a very small lot for the hotel, and if you can't park there, you are relegated to an overflow lot across the street. While the overflow lot is cheaper by the day, it is not very secure.
The biggest issue we had was the air conditioner. We like it cold for sleeping purposes. Our first night, we noticed the air wasn't working properly and called maintenance. The guy came up and said he didn't see a problem despite an error code on the thermostat. They did offer to swap rooms, but they didn't have any similar to the room we were currently in. We opted to stay in our room, and they did comp the room for the inconvenience. The next day, they did fix the air conditioner, but we figured out that it only kicks on when you are moving around in the room. So while you are away or sleeping no air runs, and it gets hot. Even with the air fixed, we woke up in the middle of the night to a 74-degree room with the thermostat set to 68. Apparently, the Cambria chain is a low energy chain which is admirable, but I won't pay to sleep uncomfortably.
