Övernattning sista natten innan hemfärd efter två veckor i Marathon. Gick att sova, helt ok sängar. Men hotellet har nogaft sitt bästföredatum för rätt många år sedan. Rätt ofräscha heltäckningsmattor. Dålig ventilation och högljudd AC. Men det var ett bra pris, men med facit i hand hade vi nog gärna lagt till lite pengar för att uppgradera.

Väldigt slitet hotell. Äldre rum.
Trångt vid frukosten. Det här hotel skulle behöva ett ansiktslyft. Funkar att sova en natt där men inte mer. Priset är bra om man behöver någonstans att sova utan krav.

Bodde på detta hotell då det är det enda som finns i närheten utav Hard Rock Stadium där jag tittade på tennis. Hotellet var ok men inte mer. Inte helt rent och fräscht men det duger. Det bästa var frukosten som ändå innehöll det mesta trots att det var trångt och alltid fullt. Området runt hotellet och stadion är nämligen inte det roligaste och här finns verkligen ingenting och absolut inte säkert att vistas i efter mörkret.

If you’re going to a concert or event at the Hard Rock stadium, this hotel is definitely the closest but it’s just average. A few positives are the breakfast (9th floor with a nice view and good options) as well as needing a room key to access the elevator (although I’m fairly certain you could access rooms using the stairs without a room key). The room itself was big enough and it was clean. However, if not a lot of people are staying there it could take awhile for hot water. The “city view” rooms don’t really overlook the city, but rather the highway and the highway noise is fairly significant (bring earplugs or use white noise app if light sleeper). A major negative for us was the $15/night extra resort fee. While I understand some people might want to play mini golf or use the pool, we didn’t and we were still charged for those. Why not just lower (or eliminate the fee) and have people pay for services that they are actually using? Also it’s not as though the pool was anything special- it seemed small and was a regular pool. Also only open from dawn to dusk (probably trying to minimize partying). The hotel does offer an in house restaurant open Thursday through Sunday but if you’re there any other day or want something other than burgers and tenders, you’re going to need a car, and there is a lot of fast food places nearby.
