Enligt bekräftelsen och hotellets webbplats skulle det vara daglig städning, men efter fyra dagar utan städning frågade vi och fick veta att man kunde få städat var tredje dag på begäran.
För övrigt var hotellet mycket slitet, ett riktigt renoveringsobjekt. Bilderna på hotels.com stämmer inte med verkligheten. Det fanns t.ex. inga gardiner, kassaskåpet fanns men fungerade inte, möblerna var trasiga, o.s.v.
Belysningen i rummet och badrummet styrdes av rörelsedetektor. Det tändes automatiskt även på natten. Personalen tejpade över sensorn, men då slocknade ljuset efter 15 minuter.
